Quality Control-Goodyear Chemtech
We supply premium polymer powder and functional chemicals for construction, coating and concretes, supported by a rigorous full-process quality management system.
Our laboratory is furnished with complete precision testing instruments to conduct full chemical and application tests on all batches, with regularly calibrated equipment to deliver traceable, accurate test results. Products deliver stable performance in tile adhesives, cement mortars, gypsum plasters, self-leveling compounds, waterproofing systems, concretes and paints.
Goodyear Chemtech keep optimizing formulas, production crafts and QC standards to fulfill our promise of consistent high-quality chemical raw materials for worldwide partners.
Comprehensive Quality Control & Management System
GOODYEAR has built a Comprehensive Quality Management System covering the full lifecycle of construction chemical additives, ranging from raw material warehousing and real-time production supervision to finished product delivery. Centered on standardized testing, in-line process monitoring and alignment with international specifications, the system ensures consistent batch performance of construction additives including redispersible polymer powder (RDP), water repellent, gypsum retarder, water reducing agent and cellulose ether. It delivers high-performance products with stable indicators for downstream applications such as rendering mortar, putty, tile adhesive, self-leveling compound and gypsum-based plaster, eliminating quality fluctuations at the source and reducing construction failures for customers.
Based on the ISO framework, the complete QC system integrates EU EN industry standards and US ASTM specifications for construction chemicals to form customized control procedures, enabling full traceability of quality records, complete data archiving and closed-loop handling of quality nonconformities.
Four Core Quality Control Modules
Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
We implement strict raw material access screening: only high-purity and compliant raw materials are sourced. An approved supplier list is maintained, with regular on-site supplier audits and sample re-verifications to block substandard materials before they enter production. Any raw material failing incoming inspection will be segregated and returned immediately, and is prohibited from being fed into production lines.
In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)
Intelligent real-time monitoring equipment is deployed across the whole production line to continuously collect data throughout the synthesis, reaction, drying, pulverization and blending processes. Key indicators including chemical composition, physical morphology and base viscosity are tracked round the clock. Once parameters deviate from preset thresholds, on-site QC staff will adjust process parameters promptly to prevent mass production of defective goods.
Full-Scope Finished Product Testing (FQC)
Every single batch of finished goods undergoes comprehensive physical and chemical testing in lab. Key test items include Ash, pH value, viscosity, water retention, adhesion strength, setting time and workability etc according to technical specifications. Only batches passing all tests will be issued official quality certificates prior to warehousing and shipment. Nonconforming batches are isolated and sealed separately, followed by formal review for rework or scrapping. No defective products are permitted to flow into the market. All test parameters meet the performance requirements of plasters, skim coat, tile adhesives, cement renders, self-leveling compounds and gypsum-based plasters.
Standardized Compliance Control with Global Industry Specifications
- ISO 9001 Quality Management System serves as the foundational framework, supporting a complete management system covering quality documents, personnel responsibilities, measuring instrument calibration and record retention;
- Product performance tests are carried out in compliance with EN 12004 (tile adhesives) and EN 998 (rendering and masonry mortars);
- Test protocols are optimized with reference to ASTM standards for construction chemicals to satisfy market access requirements across overseas regions.
All testing instruments are regularly calibrated. Test methods and judgment criteria align fully with international standards, making our test reports widely recognized and accepted within the industry.
